Chinese Labor in Yosemite History

It is well known that Chinese labored under hard and dangerous condition in building railroads and other types of hard physical work. A little known story is that of Chinese chefs and road builders in the development of Yosemite National Park. Sing Peak in the Park is named after one of the chefs, Ty Sing.
